Letter Of Invitation

Throughout the Canadian immigration process, applicants are often required to submit sworn statements, statutory declarations, or certified copies of documents. A Commissioner of Oaths is authorized to administer oaths and affirmations, ensuring that these documents are legally valid for submission to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other government authorities.
Commissioners of Oaths can witness the signing of declarations and confirm that the information provided is sworn or affirmed as true. While this service does not replace notarization, it is commonly accepted for immigration-related documents, including spousal sponsorship declarations, common-law relationship statements, letters of explanation, and affidavits related to travel history, employment, or residency.
At Drive2 Immigration, our consultants are appointed Commissioners of Oaths under provincial authority and provide reliable, efficient support for immigration documentation. We ensure your declarations are properly sworn and ready for submission, helping maintain the accuracy and credibility of your application.
Please note that documents must be signed in person before a Commissioner of Oaths. Contact Drive2 Immigration to book an appointment and have your immigration documents completed with confidence.
