Sponsorship of spouses, dependent children, parents, and grandparents is an option open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents.
CAREGIVER 
The Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program is a partnership between the Government of Canada and the four Atlantic provinces. AIPP lets Atlantic employers hire qualified candidates for jobs that they have not been able to fill locally.
Permanent Residents can apply to become Canadian Citizens. Citizenship and Immigration Canada now requires you to prove your eligibility to be eligible to become a Canadian citizen.
